This project we did for the Mahana Estates. On approximately 125 acres of land, Mahana Estates is located in the heart of Kapalua, the finest destination resort in Hawaii.
Mahana Estates is the first phase of the Kapalua Mauka community. It was a long-planned expansion of Kapalua Resort. But what is their goal?

About Kapalua Resort
The Kapalua Resort is a golf and beach resort in the United States. The resort was established in 1965 and is located in Kapalua, Hawaii.
The resort has three 18-hole golf courses and each has its own name: the “Bay” course, the “Village” course and the “Plantation” course. The “Bay” course was established in 1965 and was designed by golf course architects Arnold Palmer and Francis Duane. The “Village” course was established in 1979 and designed by Arnold Palmer. The “Plantation” track was created in 1991 and designed by Ben Crenshaw.
Also interesting for golf lovers, is that the “Plantation” course has a par of 73. It’s the only course used for the American PGA Tour.
